Helped Tadilka Rivera (third generation farmer) by weeding, trimming of tall grass in seedbeds, rotation of soil and seeding. Tadilka works on the farm by herself and with occasional part time employees. She grows purely organic produce (kale, spring mix, chives, cilantro, lettuce, radishes) and heirloom crops planted by her grandfather (plantains, yautia, sweet potatoes, pomarrosa, pumpkins, breadfruit).
