Today we helped organic farmer in Hatillo with clearing entranceway to make room for farmers market, creating food forest islands, harvesting bala herbs, removed invasives, pruned plants, collected fruit and seeds of ripe crops. Farmer was so grateful and stated that we were the most organized brigade they had ever had in their history and had saved her over 30 days of work in our 1 day of service. It was a beautiful day of service with beautiful weather, beautiful souls together disconnecting in nature while supporting farmer in need.
