Elsie is a 67 year old disabled woman who lives with her 80 year old husband in a house built by her grandparents in San German. Her home is not in her name so she doesn’t qualify for government assistance. Rain has been trickling into the house as the zinc metal roof is aged. Her case worker obtained a tarp and reached out to PR I Love You to help install it. Volunteers stepped up to the occasion and worked tirelessly to get it installed. Elsie now has a dry house to look forward to and was very grateful for the work provided.
